1. Overview
SETAF2018 is available as digital geotechnical analysis software and a license key (SaaS / Digital Downloadable Software). All purchases made through our website are processed through our Registered Vendors, Paddle and İyzico .
2. Free Trial and Review
We offer a free trial version/demo so that our users can test the software features, system requirements, and regulatory compliance before making a purchase. We recommend testing the trial version before making a purchase.
3. Return Conditions (14-Day Return Policy)
In accordance with our customer satisfaction standards and Paddle’s rules:
- For licenses purchased for the first time, you may request an unconditional refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
- If the refund request is approved, the relevant license key and software access will be immediately revoked and deactivated through the system.
4. Cases Not Covered by the Return Policy
Return requests may be denied in the following cases:
- If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase,
- If it is determined that the software license has been reverse-engineered, misused, or shared with multiple users in violation of the license agreement,
- User-related hardware/operating system limitations (systems that do not meet the software’s minimum system requirements).
5. Return Process and Refund
To request a return, please contact us directly at info@setaf2018.org with your order number and registered email address. Once the refund is approved, the payment amount will be credited to your original payment method (credit card/bank account) within 5–10 business days.
